svip Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the svip platform. By registering an account or using any feature on this site, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Last updated: 2025. These terms apply to all users of the svip platform in the Philippines.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the svip website and platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable policies, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and svip. They govern your use of all services offered through the platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot online games, promotions, account management, and payment processing.
svip reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
Use of the svip platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:
- You are at least 21 years of age as required under applicable Philippine law and regulations governing online gaming.
- You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of use, or in a jurisdiction where access to online gaming platforms is lawful.
- You are not acting on behalf of any person who would not be eligible under these terms.
- You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements. svip reserves the right to request verification of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended and any funds may be withheld pending review.
3. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the svip platform. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username and password — secure and confidential at all times.
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party.
- Notify svip immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- svip will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
Account registration is free. To access real-money gaming features, you must fund your account using an accepted payment method. All balances on the svip platform are held in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP).
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using the svip platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose.
- Attempting to manipulate or exploit any game, bet outcome, or promotional offer through technical means, collusion, or any other method.
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in ways not intended for regular users.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or its databases.
- Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to process proceeds of illegal activity.
- Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or platform staff.
svip reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, fund forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable. Users are expected to conduct themselves in good faith at all times when using the platform.
5. Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the svip platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through accepted local payment channels including GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet, and major Philippine bank transfers. Available methods and applicable minimum/maximum amounts are displayed within your account at the time of transaction.
- Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require supporting documentation before processing.
- svip does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
- Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to banking processes outside svip's control.
- svip reserves the right to apply transaction fees where applicable and to decline any transaction that does not meet platform requirements.
Any funds in your account that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to the dormant account policy described in Section 7. For questions about deposits or withdrawals, refer to the FAQ page.
6. Limitation of Liability
The svip platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted and error-free service, we do not warrant that the platform will always be available, free from technical errors, or that all content will be accurate and complete at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, svip and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of funds arising from unauthorised access to your account where adequate precautions were not taken by you.
- Losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
- Decisions made by users based on information presented on the platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, or promotional content.
svip does not guarantee any gaming outcomes and makes no representations about the likelihood of winning. Online gaming involves financial risk. Users are encouraged to set personal spending limits and to review the Responsible Gaming page before playing.
7. Account Suspension, Closure and Intellectual Property
Account Suspension and Closure: svip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, breach of these terms, identity verification failure, or activity that poses risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users. In the event of account closure due to a breach, any funds in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
Users may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules. Remaining eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal subject to verification requirements.
Intellectual Property: All content on the svip platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, software, game content, text, and design elements — is the property of svip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
Changes to These Terms: svip may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via notice on the platform. Your continued use of svip after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The applicable law governing these terms is the law of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the svip platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
